Dear family, friends, and all the wonderful people I haven’t met yet!

Sometimes, life throws us an extraordinary day right in the middle of our ordinary routines! I’m not one to believe in coincidences, and I truly feel like my Heavenly Father has been guiding me to this moment. I absolutely adore when He’s busy weaving something I have no idea about, and then, just when it feels right, a new chapter unfolds!

If you know me, you know I’ve been dreaming of writing a book for years. Life kept happening, and I kept showing up for it! 2025 was the year to take the leap, and guess what? I’m super excited to announce that my first published contribution will be available in a beautiful hardback book very soon!

But the really cool part is that a dear friend of mine is also one of the contributing authors. Can you believe it? Neither of us had any idea we were both working on the same book!

Out of all the cities and books in the world, and with over a hundred authors collaborating on this project, there are two authors from our small town that we both call home.

I’m so thrilled to share this announcement with my family and friends. The silence is finally broken! Rose Jordan and I will be doing some book signings soon! We’re looking forward to sharing some HOPE filled words with you during this season.

The new devotional book, titled “A Year of Hope Devotional,” is being released on December 1, 2025. We love our community, Mineral Wells, and we both believe in miracles!

The heavens are telling of the glory of God;
And the expanse [of heaven] is declaring the work of His hands.

Day after day pours forth speech,
And night after night reveals knowledge.

There is no speech, nor are there [spoken] words [from the stars];

The statutes of the Lord are reliable and trustworthy, making wise the simple.

The precepts of the Lord are right, bringing joy to the heart;
The commandment of the Lord is pure, enlightening the eyes.

The fear of the Lord is clean, enduring forever;
The judgments of the Lord are true, they are righteous altogether.
10 
They are more desirable than gold, yes, than much fine gold;
Sweeter also than honey and the drippings of the honeycomb.
11 
Moreover, by them Your servant is warned [reminded, illuminated, and instructed];
In keeping them there is great reward.
12 
Who can understand his errors or omissions? Acquit me of hidden (unconscious, unintended) faults.
13 
Also keep back Your servant from presumptuous (deliberate, willful) sins;
Let them not rule and have control over me.
Then I will be blameless (complete),
And I shall be acquitted of great transgression.
14 
Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart
Be acceptable and pleasing in Your sight,
O Lord, my [firm, immovable] rock and my Redeemer.
